Description

The U.S. Government Printing Office (GPO) intends to award a sole source contract for Heidelberg Dividers for a Heidelberg Press to Heidelberg USA, 1000 Gutenberg Drive, Kennesaw, GA 30144. Heidelberg USA has proprietary rights on all maintenance and repairs parts to Heidelberg Presses. Under the authority of Citation: 41 U.S.C. 5(3) - Pursuant to Materials Management Acquisition Regulation (MMAR) Part 6.302.1(a)(1)(i) "Sole Source", When only one source of supplies is available. This notice is neither a request for proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. All responses shall be sent to Senior Contracting Officer Bobbie L. McKoy at bmckoy@gpo.gov on or before March 25, 2014 no later than 12:00 noon, EST.
