Description: Blading on Wrangell Island Alaska. Segments of road are to be bladed and rolled in the spring or both in the spring and fall as identified in the table below. Spring blading shall be completed by July 1, 2014. Road No. 50060 is a north facing and higher elevation road. If Rd. 50060 still has snow on it on June 15 the spring blading completion date shall be extended to 15 days after the snow melts from the road surface. Fall blading shall be completed between September 1, 2014 and October 15, 2014.
