Description
The United States Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) has a requirement in support of the US Army Medical Research Institute of Chemical Defense for Training for Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism, Excretion (ADME) Toxicity Screening using High Content Analysis (HCA). The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform training in implementing industry standard methods and techniques for ADME toxicity studies using HCA as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. This a full and open competitive solicitation under the North American Industry Classification Code of 541690 with a size standard of $14M. USAMRAA intends to award a firm fixed price contract for approximately five (5) months. The closing date for receipt of proposals is 25 March 2014 at 5:00 P.M.Local Time, Frederick, MD. The solicitation will be posted on or about 20 March 2014 in the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at www.fbo.gov. All offerors are responsible for checking for amendments to the solicitation from the Internet. It is the responsibility of the vendor to ensure that the RFP is received from the Internet accurately and in its entirety. To be eligible for an award or payment from any DOD activity, offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov and have completed the on-line representations and certifications also located at http://www.sam.gov. Any questions concerning this solicitation must be submitted by 24 March 2014 at 10:00AM.Local Time, Frederick, MD to flodean.p.billings.civ@mail.mil.
