The Government is seeking to enter into a lease for space meeting the following requirements: City, State: Des Moines, IA Delineated Area: Within the following delineated area: NORTH: Park Ave, SW 30th, Bell Ave, Thomas Beck Rd, Indianola Ave. EAST: SE 14 th St, Hwy 69, Hwy 65 SOUTH: North Avenue, Nowalk, IA (as if it extends straight over to the Eastern Boundary) WEST: SW 63 rd St./Hwy 28 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,500 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,500 Space Type: OFFICE Parking Spaces (Total): 4 spaces per 1,000 RSF, and 10 reserved parking spaces. Parking Spaces (Surface): 4 spaces per 1,000 RSF Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 10 reserved parking spaces Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Space shall be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious, professional surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use.
