THIS PROCUREMENT IS A 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB) FIRMS. The Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System anticipates the award of a firm-fixed-price contract for construction of Project No. 520-14-117, Install Cart Washer Utilities Bldg. 3, Biloxi, MS. The magnitude of construction cost range for this project is estimated to be between $100,000 and $250,000. The solicitation will be issued on or about April 8, 2014. All information for this solicitation will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website at www.fbo.gov. No hard copies will be available. The Performance Period is 90 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 236220 and the Small Business Size Standard is $33.5M.
