- This project is set-aside for Total Small Business The NAICS code for this project is 237110. The small business size standard is no greater than $33.5 million in average annual receipts. You may contact your local U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) office (federal, not state office) for more information on the Small Buisness programs. Your local SBA office's contact information may be found by accessing the SBA website (www.sba.gov). The Government's estimate is between: $250,000 and $500,000. This contract will relocate an 8" water main and a 24" backup treated effluent force main line. This contract will also protect in place a nearby sewer pipe. The relocated pipes will be encased in concrete. The work will be done in two separate locations and will be reached by 2 miles of unpaved temporary access road. This project is located within a larger ongoing project called the Upper Truckee River Reach 5 Restoration Project. The work will take place near the Upper Truckee River and dewatering is expected. Project Location On US 50 and Elks Club Drive near the South Lake Tahoe Municipal Airport. El Dorado County, California Township 12N Range 18E, Section 16 The solicitation package will be uploaded when ready, approximately April 7th, 2014. The date of award is expected to be within 20 days after the actual response date, which will be stated in the package and possibly changed in one or more amendments. Please hold any technical questions until after review of the solicitation. The technical contact information will be listed in the solicitation. The purpose of this notice is to meet the FAR 5.201 and 36.213-2 requirements. It is the contractor's responsibility to monitor the Federal Business Opportunities website for amendments.
