This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice. The Network Contracting Office (NCO 21) is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Announcement to set-aside for Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) who can provide fire safety inspection services for VA Palo Alto Health Care System throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. The NAICS code is 541350 with Small Business size of $7 million. The solicitation document, VA261-14-R-0330, will be posted on/about March 24, 2014. To be eligible, the VOSB must be registered through Center for Verification and Evaluation (CVE). Eligible and interested vendors should download a copy of the solicitation and attachments from the FBO website (www.fbo.gov ) to submit proposals. All questions must be submitted by email to felicia.demita@va.gov. No telephone questions will be accepted. Please check the posting daily for updates. The contract specialist will not be contacting interested vendors regarding amendments. Please note the due date established by the solicitation.
