- Attachment 1 RFI This is not a solicitation. This sources sought notice is for informational and planning purposes only. It is not to be construed as a comitment by the Government. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this sources sought notice or to otherwise pay for the information solicited. The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is planning for a complete modernization of tis current Filing Fee system. The current software is no longer supported by the developing vendor and is reaching the end of its useful life. As part of this planned modernization, the SEC is issuing this RFI to facilitate the identification and preliminary evaluation of industry products and applications. This RFI does not pertain to EDGAR Modernization. There is a separate procurement process currently underway that focuses on EDGAR Modernization. This RfI pertains to modernizing the Fee system functionality, which currently exists as s subsystem under the EDGAR umbrella. SEC is researching commercial-based solutions for the replacement of just the Fee system at this time. Please restrict your comments and potential solutions to Fee functionality only. Note: RFI responses will not be shared with other industry suppliers and wil be solely used as part of the requirements analysis process. Any response to this request for information must include a discussion of the vendor's software with regards to the following Filing Fee system operational requirements: 1. Customer Account Management 2. Payment Submission 3. Filing Submission 4. Filing Fee Validation 5. Filing Fee Account 6. Invoicing & Collections 7. Refunds Processing 8. Workflow Operations 9. Dashboard Reporting & Analysis 10. Customer Support Respondents must review all attachments, and submit electronic responses in accordance with the RFI Response Instructions.
