Description

The SAO (Service Area Office) East intends to negotiate on a sole source basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-5 with research affiliate University of Minnesota Department of Mechanical Engineering 111 Church St SE, Minneapolis, MN 55455 for 1040 hrs. of Research Assistant services for an approved Minneapolis VAHCS research study. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Any responsible sources who wish to identify their interest and capability to provide services must notify this Contracting Officer at Bridget.Kornish@va.gov NLT Friday March 28, 2014 by Noon EST. Telephone responses will not be accepted. Upon receipt of the interested parties' notification, the Contracting Officer will determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement or proceed with sole source negotiations.
