- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation CBA Appendix K Performance Work Statement Services Non-Personal: The Air Force intends to solicit and issue a sole source bridge contract to Science and Management Resources (SMR), under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) for the following services: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform Precision Measurement Equipment Laboratory (PMEL) Services as defined in TO 00-20-14 paragraphs 2.2.2 and 2.6 and in this PWS except as specified in Section 3 as government furnished property and services at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. A Firm Fixed Price with Labor Hour line items type contract is contemplated with a 2-month basic term and two (2) 1-month options. The proposed basic period of performance (POP) is: 01 Apr 2014 through 31 Jul 2014 The estimated award date is 28 Mar 2014. System for Award Management (SAM) is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. The NAICS code for this requirement is 811219 with a size standard of $19M.
