- Bureau of Indian Affairs, Office of Justice Services, District II, Emergency Management Division Amendment 1: Extends the due date to 3/31/14, at 12:00 pm Eastern Daylight Savings Time. R - Adjudication service for the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Office of Justice Services (OJS). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation. The North American Industry classification (NAICS) code is 541990; business size maximum is $14.0 Million. This acquisition is being solicited accordance with DIAR 1426.7003(b), as a total Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise Set-Aside. The Period of Performance (POP) shall be from contract award to September 30, 2014, with four 12-month option periods. The resultant contract will be awarded as a firm fixed-price contract as defined in FAR 16.2. The Government intends to make a single Requirements contract award.
