Description

RFQ for Pest Control Services The US Naval Hospital, Guam is issuing this Request For Quotation (RFQ) to solicit quotes for the purpose of entering into a contract for pest control services and rodent treatment in the new military treatment facility. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation, reference NAICS code 561710 - Exterminating and Pest Control Services. This acquisition is being processed in accordance with FAR 13.1 and FAR 12.6. The Government anticipates awarding a base period of one year plus two year option contract. If interested in quoting, submit in accordance with this RFQ. A scope of work with specifications is included. Contract award shall be made to the responsible offeror whose offer, in conforming to this RFQ, provides the best value to the Government, price and technical factors considered. The Government will not consider multiple awards. All offerors must quote on all items and all quantities listed in the schedule to be considered for award no later than 11:30am Guam time on 14 April 2014. The Department of Defense requires all contractors to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to receive any contract award or payment, visit http://www.sam.gov.
