Small Business Set-Aside: Total Small Business
Description: This contract covers the janitorial services at TWO Armed Forces Recruiting Stations located at; Gettysburg Shopping Center, 26 Spring Lane, Unit B, Gettysburg, PA, and Giant Eagle Plaza, 1774 East Third Street, Williamsport, PA. The service contract shall include the following: The contractor shall provide all supervision, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, transportation and other items necessary to perform janitorial services. Janitorial service applies to all designated spaces, including, but not limited to, halls, restrooms, offices, work areas, entranceways, lobbies, common areas, test room areas and storage room areas. All cleaning procedures and treatments shall be accomplished in accordance with the manufacturer's directions and/or listed specifications and industry standards applicable to the Professional Cleaning and Restoration Industry. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge on or about March 24, 2014. The media through which the Government chooses to issue this solicitation will be Internet only.
