Description

GENERAL INFORMATION 1. This is a one-time requirement for the Repair/Calibration and Preventative Maintenance (PM) of Two (2) GE AMX-4 Portable X-Ray Systems located at the James A. Haley VA Medical Center in Tampa Florida. The repair of both systems is required to bring them to operational status and return to manufacturer's specifications. 2. The contractor shall provide all resources (labor, materials/parts, tools, equipment, and transportation) necessary to accomplish the deliverables described in the Statement of Work (SOW), except as may otherwise be specified.
