Description

J&A for Posting The Defense Commissary Agency issued a delivery order, HQC007-14-F-0004 against an existing Army CHESS BPA through the Department of Defense (DoD) ESI for an upgrade to DeCA's existing BMC Remedy software licensing application and their maintenance support in accordance with DFARS 208.74, Enterprise Software Agreement (ESA) the DoD's CIO's Enterprise Software Initiative and Procedures, Guidance and Information (PGI) 208.74 ESA's and FAR Part 6.302-1(c) application of brand name descriptions. This order was issued to Four Points Technology, LLC, a small business concern in the amount of $138,606.64. The period of performance is April 1, 2014 through March 31, 2015 with two (2) 12-month option years covering the period April 1, 2015- March 31, 2017. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 511210 with a size standard of $35.5 million dollars. This award is issued pursuant to FAC 2005-72 effective January 1, 2014.
