- Description
- NSN: 5342-01-142-6506, Door, Access, Weapon. SPE4A6-14-R-1675. Configuration Control. Hollingsworth, John R. Co (02032), P/N 8126593. Acceptable Sources: A&M Aerospace, Inc. (6Z800), and Aero Components Co (59213). "Item cited requires data which is restricted to contractors certified by DoD to access unclassified data per DoD 5220.22M. Certification is obtained by submitting DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement, to the Defense Logistics Information Services." Terms are FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Stocked Item. Requested delivery is 111 Days ARO. This solicitation will be issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) Program. For FDT program transportation requirements, see DLAD clause 52.247-9059 F.o.b. Origin, Government Arranged Transportation and 52.247-9058, First Destination Transportation (FDT) Program - Shipments Originating Outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS). Additional information about FDT can be found on the FDT website ( http://www.dla.mil/FDTPI/ ). This NSN is not a critical safety item and is not commercial. Solicited as Unrestricted on an Other than Full and Open competitive basis. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The contract will be effective for a one-year period with provisions included to extend the term of the contract up to four (4) one-year periods. The estimated annual quantity is 43 each per contract period. The contract will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of 11 each (base year only) and an annual maximum quantity of 68 each. The minimum delivery order is 11 each and the total maximum delivery order quantity is 340 each. Deliveries will be to DLA stock locations on the east and west coast. Surge requirements are not applicable. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is anticipated to be April 9, 2014. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
