- This is a Presolicitation Notice for Dockside Repairs of the USCGC POLAR STAR. The homeport of the vessel is USCG Base Seattle (Pier 36 or 37). The Coast Guard's Surface Forces Logistics Command (SFLC), Long Range Enforcer product line (LRE) will be issuing a solicitation on or about 3/28/14. This procurement will be set-aside 100% for small business concerns. The small business size standard is less than 1,000 employees. The NAICS Code is 336611. The dockside Period of Performance will be defined after source selection is complete on the dyrdock package for POLAR STAR (hopefully on or about 4/14/14).
