Description

Notice of Intent for Sole Source The Department of Veterans Affairs NCO 20 Network Contracting Office, Puget Sound Health Care System (PSHCS), 1660 S. Columbian Way, Seattle, WA, 98108. VA intends to award a sole source contract to Building Control Systems due to proprietary rights for maintenance services for Schneider Electric Andover Security System. The Maintenance Service will require having equipment fully operational to include warranty and certification of the system back to factory standards along with any software upgrades to operate the system. The NAICS code of this procurement is 811310 and the size standard is $7.00 million. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
