Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Salem VA Medical Center 1970 Roanoke Blvd., Salem Virginia 24153 will be soliciting for Standby ALS Ambulance and Transport Services. A request for quote will be issued on or about April 15, 2014. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price requirements contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. The period of performance is June 1, 2014 - May 31, 2015 with four (4) one (1) year renewal options that can be exercised by the Government. The applicable NAICS Code is 621910 Ambulance Services. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management www.sam.gov
