- Sole Source J&A MOSCAD SERVICE & MAINTENANCE: The solicitation number is FA8601-14-T-0115. The NAICS Code is 811213. The size standard is $10,000,000. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) and FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii). The proposed source is P&R COMMUNICATIONS. The purchase is for Motorola Scad System (MOSCAD). P&R COMMUNICATIONS is the only company capable to provide this service because this is the only system of its kind in the state of Ohio and P&R COMMUNICATIONS installed this system at the fire stations at WPAFB. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, any quotation received within four (4) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
