- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: New York City: White Plains Delineated Area: NORTH : Grasslands Avenue to the Sprain Brook Parkway head South on the Sprain Brook Parkway to Cross Westchester Parkway head east on the Cross Westchester Parkway SOUTH & EAST : From the intersection of the Cross Westchester Parkway & Midland Avenue head south to Grace Church Street to Boston Post Road head south to Playland Access Drive head west to New York State Thruway (I-95) head south to Mamaroneck Avenue head north to Hutchinson River Parkway head south to Mamaroneck Road head north on Mamaroneck Road until Palmer Avenue head West on Palmer Avenue until Heathcote Road head west on Heathcote Road until White Plains Road head south on White Plains Road until Popham Road head West on Popham Road which turns into Ardsley Road until the Sprain Brook Parkway; WEST : Sprain Brook Parkway to Cross Westchester Parkway head west on Cross Westchester Parkway to North Saw Mill River Road head North on North Saw Mill River Road. However, the required Government parking can be located within this setback requirement. •· If underground parking is provided it cannot be open to the public and must be used exclusively by the building tenants. •· Building must have an emergency generator or capable of providing one to power the entire demised premises.
