The Contractor shall provide all hotel rooms, all meeting spaces internet services, registration requirements, and audio visual services for the United States Army Reserve Resilience Training during the period of performance from 1-7 April 2014 in accordance with specifications in the Statement of Work. The hotel shall be on the national list of approved accommondations which is maintained by the Federal Emergency Management (http://usfa.fema.gov/applications/hotel/).
