Description

SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT: The Department of Veterans Affairs Lebanon VA Medical Center, 1700 South Lincoln Avenue, Lebanon, PA 17042 is conducting a market survey to identify potential sources to provide TL-30 Rated Safes, and the installation and removal of old safes. This announcement is issued for informational planning purposes only and is not a request for proposal or announcement of a solicitation. Submitting information for this announcement is voluntary and participants will not be compensated. The purpose of this market research is to identify sources capable of providing the following: "Two (2) TL-30 rated safes, not to exceed (NTE) inside dimensions of 18Hx14Wx12D measurement and outside dimensions of 25Hx21Wx21 ½ D measurement. "One (1) TL-30 rated safe, NTE inside dimensions of 25Hx18Wx16D measurement and outside dimensions of 32Hx25Wx25 ½ D measurement. "One (1) TL-30 rated safe, NTE inside dimension of 35Hx24Wx20D measurement and outside dimensions of 42Hx31Wx29 ½ D measurement. "Removal of the old safes. "Installation of the new safes. "Positive or Negative statement regarding acceptance of trade-ins on old safes. If possible please provide details on trade-in policy. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 561622 and the small business size standard is $19 million. Sources are invited to demonstrate their capabilities to supply the installation and removal of old safes. Sources are asked to provide information that demonstrates their answers to the following information: 1.Company Name, Address, Website, POC, and POC Phone Number. 2.The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 561622 and the small business size standard is $19.0 million for this type of effort. Based on this information, please indicate whether your company would be a Large or Small Business. 3.Provide a list of the manufacturer, types and Rating of the safes that your firm has available. 4.The ability to remove old safes and install the new safes. 5.If company holds a Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) Contract, please list the GSA Contract Number and relevant SINS, and affirmative statement that these items are available on your GSA schedule. 6.Positive or Negative statement regarding acceptance of trade-ins on old safes. If possible please provide details on trade-in policy. In addition to a Capability Statement which provides the above, submissions can include specifications, brochures, and manuals as attachments. Information regarding your firm's capacity and capability to provide such products are to be submitted electronically on or before Monday April 1, 2014 1pm to Attn: "Safes for Sale" to Michael Shull at Michael.Shull@va.gov.
