Scott St Compound storage location - Aerial View Virginia-Meissner Vicinity Map Pre-Cast Vault Toilet Buildings - Salient Characteristics & Specifications This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes/proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number AG-04GG-S-14-0012 and issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-72. This is a Full and Open Competition with an associated NAICS code of 327390. This is a Brand Name or Equal procurement. The referenced brand names are not intended to be restrictive, but represent the minimum requirements of the Government. The salient physical, functional, or performance characteristics must be met in order for an "equal" item to be acceptable for award by the Government. The following are this solicitation's list of contract line items, quantities and units of measure: CLIN 1: Double Vault Toilet Building, Qty 1 Ea. Includes: Delivery and Installation at site and Paint Touch-up Kit (single color) CLIN 2: Double Vault Toilet Building, Qty 1 Ea. Includes: Delivery and Paint Touch-up Kit (single color) See attached documents for: Salient Characteristics that are deemed essential for meeting the Government need Delivery Maps/Directions Special Contract Requirements and Information Experience Questionnaire Quote/Return Sheet This project consists of providing one commercially available precast concrete toilet building with delivery and installation including construction activities at the Virginia-Meissner Sno-Park and providing one commercially available precast concrete toilet building with delivery to the U.S.F.S. Scott Street Compound, both locations being on the Deschutes National Forest in Oregon. The precast concrete toilet buildings shall be double-unit design with CLIN 1 being similar to the "Double Cascadian Toilet with Standard Features" manufactured by CXT Precast Products, Inc. and CLIN 2 being similar to the "Tioga Special Vault Toilet with Standard Features" manufactured by CXT also or an approved equal. *NOTE: The U.S.F.S will be providing a Deadbolt Cylinder for each unit Deadbolt Lock. Also see Design Criteria for specific vent locations for each building. The Contractor shall furnish all management, labor, equipment, supervision, tools, materials, transportation, operating supplies, supervision, workman's compensation, unemployment insurance and incidentals necessary to perform the work in accordance with the specification and provisions of the contract. The Contractor will be responsible for the full installation of CLIN 1 which includes: excavation, backfill, compaction and cleanup. The project site does not require the clearing of trees, individual tree removal nor removal or disposal of existing toilets. The place of performance or delivery and acceptance is Virginia-Meissner Sno-Park, CLIN 1 and U.S.F.S. Scott Street Compound, CLIN 2. Shipping terms are FOB Destination.
