Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) and constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular #2005-71 Effective 25Nov2013. This combined synopsis/solicitation is being competed as a Small Business set aside. This acquisition will be competed to the full extent required by regulation. The NAICS code that applies is 339112 and business size is 500 employees. This requirement is for purchase of Seven (7) each P/N: OLUM-IN25C Infinity2-5c; 5MP Digital Color Camera, CCD, USB2.0, Seven (7) each P/N: U-V1063C27 U-TV0.63XC-1-7; CCD Camera Adapter, 0,.63X Lens, C-Mount Thread, one (1) each Installation, and applicable shipping and handling. Quote submitted must at a minimum Brand Name or Equal characteristic. Each quote will be evaluated in accordance with the Brand Name or Equal. All quotes must be entered on SF1449 Solicitation document.
