Submit only written quotations for RFQ F2QT324042A001 in response to this solicitation. This RFQ constitutes the only notice as this requirement is exempt from synopsis by FAR 5.202(a)(13). This acquisition is set-aside for Small Businesses under NAICS code 541519 with a 500 Employees size standard. Please submit a quote for the items listed below: CLIN 0001 NetScout (OnPath) Annual Maintenance Support for the following hardware; nGenius 3900 Series Packet Flow Switch - 3903 Qty 1 Each UCS 2910 Central Switch Platform Qty 1 Each UCS 2908 Central Switch Platform Qty 1 Each Horizon Manager P/N 5512L-HRZB Qty 1 Each 3900 Series - S-Blade (48 Ports, Any Rate) Qty 3 Each UCS 2900 Universal Fiber Copper 2 Gig, 32-Port Qty 1 Each UCS 2900 RS - 422 PIM Qty 38 Each FOB point is Destination. The required delivery date is not later than 30 days after date of contract/award date.
