Description

The Pacific Regional Contracting Office (PRCO) Korea Cell at 121st Combat Support Hospital (CSH)/Brian Allgood Army Community Hospital (BAACH), Yongsan, Seoul, Korea intends to award a firm-fixed price, non-personal service contract for GE Compax 40E X-Ray System. This requirement is for a period of performance from 02 May 2014 through 01 May 2015 (Base and 4 Option Periods). The contractor shall provide all trained personnel, labor, travel, tools, diagnostic equipment, software, hardware, firmware, test phantoms, materials, supplies, parts and test equipment necessary to maintain the equipment as listed in a fully functional state, in accordance with (IAW) Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications. All equipment hardware/software must be in compliance with JC, HIPPA and the NFPA 99 Standard for Health Care Facilities. Requirement is a maintenance contract for the GE Compax 40E X-ray system listed below, to include all labor, parts (only under $1,000.00 value) material, and travel to maintain the listed at the 121st CSH/BAACH and the Yongsan Health Clinic owned equipment IAW MFG specifications.
