- Description
- The Aero Enterprise Dialogue with Industry is April 16-18, at the Hope Hotel & Conference Center, next to Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. AEDI continues the Dialogue with Industry series Dayton Defense held in 2010 & 2011 to bring Air Force customers at Wright-Patterson AFB together with industry. Participants will gain insight into Aero Enterprise acquisition and sustainment challenges and will learn about corresponding business opportunities. It is an opportunity to engage with senior leadership from both Industry and the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) and PEOs. AEDI is an enabler for Government leaders, program managers and engineers to articulate near-term acquisitions and warfighting requirements to industry, to help shape approaches to warfighter requirements, based on what is achievable with current and near-term technologies, as well as an opportunity to hear Industry's views. All interested companies are requested to go to the Aero Dialogue with Industry website: www.aerodialogue.org to register for the AEDI event. Once registered, each company will be redirected to follow the link to the AFLCMC Quad charts that are posted on this site. Each Quad chart will include details about planned government solicitations as well as technology gaps with no planned or funded solutions. Following the AEDI general session, an opportunity for industry to meet one-on-one with representatives from AFLCMC to have more detailed discussions on pending solicitations or industry suggestions for meeting technology gaps. Representatives will be available from the Program Executive Officer (PEO) offices located at Wright-Patterson AFB. These one-on-one sessions should provide the opportunity to help shape future solicitations or offer innovative solutions to close technology gaps. (A limited number of appointments will be available for one-on-one meetings between company representatives and the government team.) Sign up for an AFLCMC one-on-one session through the registration process at the Dayton Defense AEDI website www.aerodialogue.org which also features the latest Dayton Defense planning activities for AEDI.
