Description

Please see the attached Juniper P/N List required for this effort. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to release a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to Juniper Networks and their authorized distributors on a limited competition basis for the attached list of parts in support of the Juniper Networks hardware that will be used to upgrade the current RDT&E network infrastructure at Lakehurst, Orlando, and Patuxent River. A solicitation will be posted on FedBid.com as a formal request for quotes. Interested Parties need not submit quotes in response to this notice. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 3204 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not own the data rights. A competitive drawing package for this effort is not available. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
