- The Bureau of Reclamation, Lower Colorado Regional Office, Boulder City, Nevada, intends to award, on a sole source basis, a purchase order to ABS Systems, Inc., Las Vegas, NV. The Bureau of Reclamation has a requirement for the replacement of the direct digital control temperature controlled units. All work will integrate with the existing Delta Control system (ANSI/ASHRAE 135-2004 BACnet protocol system) to allow for all automated building management to operate precisely under one system. Work will be performed in the central plant located at Reclamations Date Street Campus, Boulder City, Nevada. ABS Systems, Inc. is the exclusive Delta Controls representative for all of Southern Nevada and is certified to market, design, install, program, and service the complete Delta Controls product line. Furthermore, ABS Systems, Inc., is the exclusive and sole authorized representative for the Department of the Interior Bureau of Reclamation projects and service for Delta Controls, as it is the only certified company to provide warranty work for Delta Systems. A Determination to Solicit from a Single Source has been prepared in support of this acquisition. This procurement will be awarded using FAR Part 13. The anticipated award date is April 11, 2013.
