- RFP# SAQMMA14R0234 Part 5 of 5 RFP# SAQMMA14R0234 Part 4 of 5 RFP# SAQMMA14R0234 Part 3 of 5 RFP# SAQMMA14R0234 Part 2 of 5 RFP# SAQMMA14R0234 Part 1 of 5 The U.S. Department of State, Office of Facilities Management Services, has an operations and maintenance requirement for the department's building annex (SA-32) located in Sterling, VA. These services include services for operation, maintenance, repair, preventive maintenance, installations, and alterations of the building equipment and systems; plumbing, mechanical, electrical, fire alarm, energy management, and building architectural system; buildings custodial services; pest control; landscaping and grounds maintenance; trash removal and recycling; snow removal; lamping services; and reimbursable building alterations. The NAICS code is 561210. An indefinite/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) type contract award is anticipated for one base year and four option years. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small businesses.
