- Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Directorate of Contracting, Fort Gordon, GA intends to negotiate/award a sole-source contract with CRAIC Technologies for the following items: One year service maintenance contract on the CRAIC Technologies QDI 2010 MSP. This will be GOLD level service which will include priority 2 years technical support, parts and labor, NIST standard recertification, and one Preventative Maintenance (PM) visit. Lapse Period: 1 March -31 March 2014 BASE YEAR: 1 Apr 2014-31 March 2015 OY1: 1 Apr 2014-31 March 2016 OY2: 1 Apr 2016-31 March 2017 The NAICS code is 811219. The authority for this non-competitive award is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), Only one responsible Source. The Government intends to procure this sole source requirement under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR part 13 and Commercial procedures in FAR part 12. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS and a solicitation will not be issued. Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written responses are received by 28 Mar 14 10:00 am, an award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the government.
