This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The commercial items procedures of FAR Part 12.603(c)(2) will be used. NAICS code is 423450, size standard is 500 employees. This requirement is a Small Business Set-Aside. Only qualified Small Business offerors can participate in this procurement. Award will be made to the responsive/responsible offeror who provides technically acceptable Brand Name or Equal products at the lowest price.
