- As part of its Management and Marketing (M&M) suite of contracts, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development is performing market research to identify potential small businesses, including SDB, 8(a), SDVOB, WOSB, and HUBZone interested sources that have the skills and experience with Mortgagee Compliance Management(MCM)for Single Family properties located Nationwide. The National Service Center in which the Vendor would need to work closely with is located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The Vendor shall obtain the necessary level of knowledge and understanding of the Marketing and Management III (M&M III) asset disposition process. Based on HUD?s 2013 fiscal year inventory the Vendor will be responsible for approximately 116,000 properties. The Vendor shall provide timely and accurate guidance to Mortgagees relative to the execution of asset disposition. Services to be provided include but are not limited to: (1) Pre-conveyance activities to include, but not limited to, processing requests for extensions, over-allowable P&P expenses, occupied conveyances, and/or for surcharge able damages; (2) Conveyance activities to include the review of all claim applications submitted by the Mortgagee for compliance with HUD?s conveyance requirements described in Mortgagee Letter 2008-31; (3) Title Review, the Vendor shall review title evidence and either approve title or communicate a title rejection to the Mortgagee with sufficient explanation of the cause of the rejection; (4) Administrative Remedies, to include the debt collection process and reconveyance. Vendor shall pursue administrative remedies including sending Demand Letters, Notice of Intent to Collect by Administrative Offset, Mortgagees Failure to Perform Letters and Notice of Intent to Convey.
