Description

Norfolk Naval Shipyard will issue a Request for proposal (RFP) under solicitation# N00189-14-T-N034, for portable toilet services at Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, VA, on or about 31 March 2014. The contractor shall provide rental services for nine (9) portable toilets (Port-a-Potties) with hand sanitizer, and the portable toilet units shall be serviced twice a week, including cleaning, replacing toilet tissue and refilling hand sanitizer. The proposed period of performance is 14th April 2014 through 30th September 2014. Award is contemplated as 100% small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 562991with a size standard of $7 Million. This acquisition will be procured pursuant to the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management (SAM), lack of registration in the SAM will make an offeror ineligible for contract award.
