SCOPE OF WORK: DENTAL VACUUM PUMP Services-Non Personal 1.SCOPE: The project shall replace one of the existing dental vacuum pumps in building 2 basement pump# 2 remove seized pump from the frame and replace it with a new pump or a pump equal in all values. Pump must line up with existing frame and needs to be a direct replacement for seized pump that is being removed. The contractor must size the pump to meet the vacuum needs and tie into all points of connections. 2.Principle Features of Work: The contractor and contractor's service technicians shall furnish all labor, test equipment, tools, transportation, and replacement parts to maintain the vacuum pump replacement. Perform all work required to accomplish the work request The contractor will be require to trade out parts to minimize down time, additionally said parts should be available overnight or up to 5 days from the factory and once installed should be capable of restoring the system to normal. 3.Contractor: The contractor or contractor service technician shall guarantee that all services performed under this contract are done in a professional workman like manner, and in accordance with industry general good practice. The contractor or contractor service technician will be an approved and certified repair person that has completed a certification program on Dental Vacuum Systems. 4. The contractor service technician shall provide only spare parts and test equipment that meets or exceeds the manufacturer's recommendations for preventive maintenance. Technician must have or possess ready access to very specialized parts, and equipment unique to this technology. 5.Dental Vacuum System will be tested on completion Dental Vacuum System in place is: (need both pump & motor), same or equivalent (universal). Manufacturer: Rietschle Bora Pump: SHA235 Motor: AF132S/2F-11
