- The Naval Research Laboratory intends to award to National Instruments Corp., on other than full and open competitive basis for 10 each Power Supply for CompactRIO chassis P/N: 781093, 10 each CompactRIo 4-channel analog output module P/N: 781098-01, 10 each CompactRI0 4-channel digitizer P/N: 781395-01, 10 each Standard assurance program for CompactRIO P/N: 960903-04, 10 each Real-Time PowerPC embedded controller 8000MHz processor P/N: 781313-01, 10 each 4-slot virtex-5 LX 50 reconfigurable chassis P/N: 780917-01, 20 each Backshell for 2-pos connectors block P/N: 19637501, 1 each LV Real-Time Deployment Option for NI Developer Suite P/N: 779734-35, 1 each FPGA Deployment Option for NI Developer Suite P/N: 779735-35, 1 each NI Developer Suite upgrade for existing LabView Full Development System P/N: 779601-35, 1 each LV Real-Time deployment option for NI Developer Suite P/N: 779734-35, 1 each FPGA Deployment option for NI Developer Suite P/N: 779735-35, 1 each NI Developer Suite P/N: 779601-35. (Microsoft IE required). Sole source based on requirements being unique to National Instruments Corp. Vendors who feel that they can provide the above requirement shall fully identify their interest and submit their capabilities to meet the above requirements within 15 days after the publication of this synopsis. Responses received after 15 days or without the required information will be considered non-responsive to the synopsis and not be considered. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
