Description
JOTFOC U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Florida City: Fort Lauderdale Delineated Area: North Route 838 South Route 820 East Route 1 West route 817 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,700 Office, 20,000 Hanger Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,700 Office, 20,000 Hanger Space Type: Office & Hanger (must be co-located) Parking Spaces (Total): 20 Parking Spaces (Surface): N/A Parking Spaces (Structured): N/A Parking Spaces (Reserved): 20 Full Term: 10 Years Firm Term: 5 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: The awarded location will be occupied by a law enforcement agency with Level II security requirements as defined by the latest ISC announcement. The offered location will be assessed by Agency security personnel and site specific security requirements may be developed to be included with any offer for that location. Above ground floor space is preferred but first floor space may be accepted if mitigating security measures can be implemented to meet Agency security requirements. Any offered ground floor space shall have a minimum 20’ setback from the exterior of the building to the defended perimeter. The Agency cannot be collocated with other Federal, State, local government agencies or private firms whose primary clientele are involved in or have ties to criminal elements. Offered locations cannot be within 1000’ of a designated drug-free zone as measured from the door of the building to the zone boundary (i.e. school, park, church, daycare, etc.). Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
