- Wage & Hour - Service Contract Act Performance Work Statement (PWS) Solicitation - W912JD-14-T-0008 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W912JD-14-T-0008 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 721110 with a Small Business Size Standard $30.00 Million. The Contractor shall provide for sleeping rooms, catered meals, childcare and all meeting room space to include AV capabilities as outlined in the attached Performance Work Statement. The Contractor shall meet or exceed the Performance Work Statement. Period of Performance: 5 through 7 September 2014. This requirement is unrestricted and only qualified offerors may submit a quote. The contract will only be awarded to one Contractor. Multiple awards will not be issued. The dates of the event are not flexible, I will not respond to questions asking for alternate dates. Quotes shall be valid for 45 days after submission. Type of contract awarded will be a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. Contract Structure: Quotes shall be provided with the following subtotals to match the resulting contract structure of the six (6) CLINS, no deviations. 1. Lodging Rooms 2. Meal plans/Coffee Service/PM Break 3. Meal, Lunch, Children's. 4. Conference space 5. Childcare for 0-5 year old 6.
