- Amendment to include Site Visit/Equipment examination and change solicitation closing date to 23 April 2014 at 10:00 AM CDT. The following information is added via Amendment 0001: SITE VISIT INFORMATION All interested parties are encouraged to attend a site visit to examine equipment listed in the Statement of Work on Thursday, 3 April 2014 from 11:00 AM CDT to 1:00 PM CDT in the Radiology Department of the Ehrling Bergquist Clinic. The address of the location is: Ehrling Bergquist Clinic 2501 Capehart Road Offutt AFB, NE 68113 Please contact Senior Master Sergeant Michael McHugh at 402-294-9736 or michael.mchugh.1@us.af.mil for access to the installation and for directions to the location of the equipment. Please contact SMSgt McHugh by 2 April 2014 at 3:00 PM CDT to RSVP. Any requests for access after this time may prohibit access to the installation. While allowed to inspect, no prospective sources will be authorized to tear down the units to any degree as patients are scheduled at 1300hrs.
