- THIS PROCUREMENT IS A 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB) FIRMS. The VA Gulf Coast Health Care System anticipates the award of a firm-fixed-price contract for construction of Project No. 520-13-142 Replace Flooring & Partitions, Panama City, Florida. The cost range for this project is less than $25,000. The solicitation will be issued on or about April 16, 2014. All information for this solicitation will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website at www.fbo.gov. No hard copies will be available.
