- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. EPA) intends to award a modification to existing Purchase Order EP-14-H-000134 under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, to Susan B. Goldhaber. The purpose of this modification is to obtain additional assistance in the development of a Children's Environmental Health Research Roadmap that may provide insight into the current state of science for children's environmental health. NO SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) IS AVAILABLE. Ms. Goldhaber is uniquely qualified to perform this function based on her extensive expertise in developing documents to support risk assessment and environmental toxicology for a variety of organizations. Notwithstanding, any firm who believes it is capable of meeting EPA's requirement as stated herein may submit a response, which if received within seven (7) calendar days of the date of this announcement, will be considered. Re sponses to this posting must be in writing. A determination not to compete the proposed modification to the Purchase Order based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
