A Technical Data Package is not available at DLA Aviation Richmond. The NSN is a non-commercial item. NSN is not a Critical Safety Item per SAP review on March 28, 2014. The final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of price and past performance. A Subcontracting Plan is not required. Formal Cost and Pricing Data is not required. EEO clearance is not required as the dollar threshold has not been met. Progress Payments are not included as conditions at FAR 32.501-2(c) have not been met. FOB point is Origin.
