Description

The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers under solicitation number VA786-14-R-0126 for the following service: Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, material, and supplies necessary to provide raise and realign head stones using permanent helical anchoring support system, cleaning of head stones and turf renovation at Wood National Cemetery located in Milwaukee, WI 53295 with a period of performance of 365 calendar days after date of contract award. All work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications, drawings, terms and conditions of the contract. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The NAICS Code is 812220. Size standard of $19.0 million is applicable. Evaluation criteria for this award will be in the following descending order: 1) Past Performance, 2) Technical, 3) Price. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or around April 2, 2014. Responses to the solicitation are due by 2:00 p.m., April 30, 2014. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments to the solicitation which is available at Fed Biz Opps.
