- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.The solicitation number is F7XTTV4085A002 and is issued as an invitation for bids (IFB), unless otherwise indicated herein.The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-72. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 423410 with a small business size standard of 100.00 employees.This requirement is a [ Small Business ] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids.The solicitation pricing on www.FedBid.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2014-04-04 16:00:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.FedBid.com.FOB Destination shall be McGhee Tyson ANG Base, TN 37777 The National Guard - Tennessee requires the following items, Brand Name or Equal, to the following: LI 001: Cinema Cameras, Canon EOS C100 (6340B010) or equal.: -DSLR quality video at 1080p needed to capture highest quality video for broadcast. -Built-in microphone to record natural surrounding audio. -34mm 8.3megapixel CMOS Sensor -EF Lens Mount for capability of changing out lenses in different shooting environments -Dual SDHC Card Slots for professional grade read/write speeds and simultaneous recording to two memory cards, creating instant back up and/or extended record time capability. -Built-in Neutral Density Filters allowing for quick manual exposure configurations in bright environments -Two XLR audio connectors to connect external professional microphones for capturing clear quality audio., 3, EA; LI 002: 24-105mm Lens, Canon EF 24-105 (0344B002) or equal. -77mm Filter Thread Diameter -Image stabilizer -Silent and quick autofocus as well as manual focus override, 3, EA; LI 003: 32GB SDHD memory Cards, SanDisk SDSDRX3032G0A21 or equal, 10, EA; LI 004: Lithium Ion Batteries, Canon or equal. Must be compatible with line item 001. - 7 inch length or less to attach to camera but remain out of frame. - Wide 50Hz-20Hz frequency range in order to pick up sound from widest variety of sources needed for broadcast quality productions. - XLR Output Connectors to be able to attach to new camera - 48V Phantom power requirement - Supercardioid polar pick-up pattern, 3, EA; LI 007: Coiled XLR cable, Kopul M4003RC or equal. Must be compatible with line items 001 and 006., 3, EA; LI 008: Wireless Microphone Kit, Sennheiser 100ENG (SEEW100EBAK) or equal. - Wireless Lavalier system with maximum range of 490 feet (516-558 MHz) - 1/8 inch Mini-Jack output - AA Battery power source - Plug-on Transmitter with XLR Female Input Connector - Handheld omnidirectional dynamic microphone with 80Hz-16,000Hz frequency range, 3-Pin XLR output connector, 3, EA; Solicitation and Buy Attachments ***Question Submission: Interested offerors must submit any questions concerning the solicitation at the earliest time possible to enable the Buyer to respond. Questions not received within a reasonable time prior to close of the solicitation may not be considered.*** For this solicitation, National Guard - Tennessee intends to conduct an online competitive reverse auction to be facilitated by the third-party reverse auction provider, FedBid, Inc. FedBid has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction. An Offeror may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. National Guard - Tennessee is taking this action in an effort to improve both vendor access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, competed, real-time bids.All responsible Offerors that respond to this solicitation MUST submit the pricing portion of their bid using the online exchange located at www.FedBid.com. There is no cost to register, review procurement data or make a bid on www.FedBid.com.Offerors that are not currently registered to use www.FedBid.com should proceed to www.FedBid.com to complete their free registration.
