Description

The Department Of Veterans Affairs, NCO 15 Contracting Office intends to negotiate a commercial, Small Business Set-Aside contract for Dental Services. This notice of intent to negotiate a Dental Services contract with a firm to provide all labor, material and equipment necessary to repair and or fabricate full dentures, acrylic and wire partials with clasps and metal framework partial dentures with clasps and other miscellaneous services using only ADA approved alloys for the Department of Veteran Affairs, 1500 N. Westwood Blvd., Poplar Bluff, Missouri 63901. This contract shall include a base year and four one-year options. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 339116 (Dental Laboratories.) The Product and Service Code is Q503 (Dentistry Services.) The small business size standard is 500 Employees. The details including full specifications will be included in the Request for Proposal, which will be released on or about April 7, 2014.
