Description

The West Palm Beach Medical Center located at 7305 N Military Trail West Palm Beach, FL 33410, intends to issue a Request For Quote (RFQ) for (Procurement of a Clinical Technology Platform) for the Material Management Section. Type of contract will be Firm Fixed Price. This procurement is being solicited as small business set-aside the applicable NAICS code is (339112). Solicitation will be electronically issued in commercial item format in accordance with FAR Part 13 on or about (04/04/2014 on FBO) with an estimated offer due date of (04/11/2014)@NOON EST. Any future amendments and other miscellaneous documents will be available electronically for download at the following URL: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Proposals are due on or about (04/11/2014)@NOON Eastern Time. Proposals are to be submitted electronically to the following email (victor.abinader@va.gov), electronic proposals shall be titled in the following format company name and RFQ number the contractor must ensure that we receive the proposal on time, confirming this by e-mail. Telephone requests for the solicitation will not be accepted or honored. Offerors are responsible to submit all documentation requested and completely fill out the solicitation. Incomplete solicitations will not be considered for evaluation. All responsible sources may submit an offer that if timely received, will be considered. Offerors are to be advised that an award may be made without discussion. However, the Government reserves the right to enter into discussion if deemed necessary, and if discussions are conducted, the Offerors within the competitive range will be afforded the opportunity to revise their proposal. All Offerors that want to participate in the solicitation shall have an active registration with System for Award Management (SAM).
