- T's &C's SF18 Control Drawings Control Drawings Drawings Drawings Pendleton Wages SOW Controls Replacement United States Department of Agriculture - Agricultural Research Service ("USDA-ARS") in Pendleton Oregon is seeking a qualified firm to provide an updated Building Management System for our research complex in Pendleton Oregon. It is the intent of this project to install an updated state of the art control system, commission the new control system and properly tune the mechanical system in order to provide energy efficiency and overall cost saving. The scope of work shall include the replacement of the building management system, programming, operator workstation graphics, system tuning, startup of the mechanical control system, owner training, setting up remote access to the building management system and as-built documentation. The installation of the new control system will require coordination with the facility operations in order to minimize impact to the building occupants and research projects.
