- The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center, Pearl Harbor intends to solicit on an unrestricted full and open basis for lodging and meals for Commander Navy Region Hawaii (CNRH) Chaplain ™s Religious Enrichment Development Operation (CREDO) requirement for 3 separate weekend retreats in support of the Marriage Enrichment Program. The solicitation identifies the office where additional information can be obtained concerning qualification requirements and is cited in each individual solicitation. This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on both FEDBIZOPPS (https://www.fbo.gov/) and NECO (https://www.neco.navy.mil/). The RFQ number is N00604-14-T-3051. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-72 and DFARS Change Notice 20140331. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 721110 and the Small Business Standard is $30M. This is a competitive, unrestricted action. The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center, Pearl Harbor requests responses from sources capable of providing services for 3 separate CREDO Marriage Enrichment Retreats in accordance with (IAW) the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Request for firm fixed price quote for each CLIN and the service description breakdown with reference to the PWS. Method of payment is the Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF). This source selection decision will be lowest price technically acceptable quote (LPTA).
