- Attachment B - Notional Increment 3 Schedule JMS RFI_Increment 3 The Space Superiority Systems Directorate (SMC/SY) is soliciting information from industry on existing/potential solutions that could address one or more JMS Increment 3 requirements. Through Increment 3, SMC/SY will deliver to the JSpOC a Battle Management, Command, Control, and Communications (BMC3) infrastructure as well as initial capabilities against certain needs. Future JMS Increments can build upon the Increment 3 baseline with additional breadth of BMC3 capabilities. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE CALL FOR CONCEPT DATA AND FEEDBACK ONLY. DO NOT SEND A PROPOSAL. This is a request for information purposes only. As such, it is not a commitment on the part of SMC/SY for any specific work. No contracts will be awarded as a result of this RFI. Responses to this RFI do not ensure participation in any future actions. SMC/SY intends to hold a JMS Increment 3 Industry Day in the early FY15 timeframe. A separate announcement will be sent out via FedBizOpps prior to that event.
